These classes with Ukrainian and Lithuanian students were conducted by teachers from different countries - Peter Nys (Belgium), Anna Podhajska (Poland), Jana Hrabaňová (Czech Republic), Jelena Bojarun (Lithuania), and Sofiia Fedorovych (Iceland/Ukraine).
Ukrainian teachers Mariia Herasymenko, Antonina Hordovska (Kyiv) and Sofiia Dimitriieva (Ivano-Frankivsk) conducted interesting and useful art therapy classes and classes of studying musical theory using the games (Music Mind Games).
The final concert of the Ukrainian Violin Suzuki Workshop took place on the stage of Miejski Ośrodek Kultury in the city of Nowy Sacz.
The workshop’s orchestra, which was conducted by Peter Nys, was the first on stage and performed the "Ode to Joy" by L. Beethoven. This piece is the anthem of the European Union, which was very symbolic.
During this difficult period, it is very important for Ukrainian children and their families to be able to support each other.
